Carlos is the current Managing Director, a member of the Executive Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors of Pearce, Bevill, Leesburg, Moore, P.C. He is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and a 1997 graduate of the University of Alabama Birmingham. He holds both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting and Tax.

He joined the firm in 1997. Since then, he has concentrated his practice primarily in income and estate tax issues. He serves numerous individuals and closely held businesses in a wide variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, real estate, and professional services.

Carlos assists clients with tax and financial planning, merger and acquisition consulting, design and implementation of employment benefit plans, business valuation services, and succession and estate planning.

The Birmingham Business Journal has named Carlos to their Who's Who in Accounting list for 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
