Michael is a member of the Board of Directors of Pearce, Bevill, Leesburg, Moore, P.C. He is a native of Dothan, Alabama and a 1991 graduate of the University of Alabama. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Michael joined Pearce Bevill in 1992 after one year with another accounting firm.
He provides tax and consulting services to clients in many industries including manufacturing and distribution, professional services, healthcare, general contracting and construction, transportation, and others.
Michael regularly assists clients with tax and financial planning, merger and acquisition consulting, design and implementation of employment benefit plans, business valuation services, and succession and estate planning.
