Press Release - PBLM names new Managing Partner

Birmingham, AL- July 27, 2017- Pearce, Bevill, Leesburg, Moore P.C. has named W. Robert Cook, CPA / ABV as the new Managing Partner effective July 1, 2017. Robert is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and a 1990 graduate of the University of Mississippi. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting. He joined the firm in 1994 and concentrates his practice primarily in business and individual tax planning and compliance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is Accredited in Business Valuation through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Robert succeeds Steve Moore, CPA, who has served the past 5 years as managing partner for the firm and 8 years on the firm’s executive committee. “It has been an honor to serve,” said Steve. “Now is a good time to continue our growth and our accomplishments as a CPA firm with Robert serving as the Managing Partner.
