Press Release - PBLM Names Two New Partners

Pearce, Bevill, Leesburg, Moore P.C. is pleased to announce that Sarah Propper and Doug Uhler have been named Partners of the Firm. Sarah Propper, CPA is a graduate of Birmingham Southern College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She joined the firm in 1999 and has over 15 years of experience in public accounting. Sarah focuses her practice on tax planning for businesses and individuals. Her concentration is in business consulting, including the preparation of financial statements, business tax preparation, and other business consulting for a variety of industries including real estate, retail, manufacturing, and professional services. Sarah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.   Douglas K. Uhler, CPA, CVA, DABFA is a graduate of the University of Montevallo with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Doug has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and has served as the Chief Financial Officer of a multi-state corporation. Doug has been with the firm since 2008 and specializes in tax, business valuation, and litigation support. He holds a CPA license in both Alabama and Georgia. Doug is a Certified Valuation Analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Accounting.     “Sarah and Doug are being recognized for their professional accomplishments as CPAs through their hard work and dedication, as well as for their individual character and integrity” said Steve Moore, Managing Shareholder.  “We are excited for them to be a part of the firm at this level.”
